This unique twelve year old coffee plantation supports 3000 trees and produces a natural arabica coffee from a highly productive family owned holding on a north facing block of rich volcanic soil in the Newrybar area of the Byron Bay hinterland.
In common with the world's finest coffees, the beans are organically grown, hand picked, sun dried, hulled, cured for 12 months, roasted and marketed on the property. The coffee is roasted daily in small amounts to ensure an unparalleled integrity and freshness of product creating a fine aromatic bean which is keenly sought by discerning coffee drinkers around the world.
As part of the 6 acre mixed farm, the long processing of the coffee and care of the trees complements the growing of custard apples, avocados and seasonal vegetable crops.
Delivery of a product of exceptional freshness and quality is the primary aim of this vital, intensive and sustainable farm
A love of the land and a long experience in horticulture is evident in the production of our single origin organically grown coffee.
